Blue Toad is a Toad who made his first appearance in New Super Mario Bros. Wii as a playable sidekick for Mario. He is supposedly nicknamed Bucken-Berry by Nintendo developers. Throughout the events of his first adventure, Blue Toad along with his friends venture through the Mushroom Kingdom while avoiding various obstacles in order to rescue Princess Peach from the evil Bowser and the Koopalings.
